The company was founded in 1970 for initiative of the father of the current owner. It started its operations in the thermohydraulic sector then it expanded its business into the After-Sales Services, for the main boilers producers, as an authorized technical assistance centre.

The steadily growing company expanded and evolved to create a wholesale centre, in the thermohydraulic
area. This change forced the company to transfer its historical site in Otricoli to a larger area and at the same time it began to develop its own products.

With the arrival of the second generation of Managers, represented by Mr Nebbia Mauro, the company decided to take over another firm specialized in the production of flexible hoses. The acquired company, that was at the point of closing down, was first reorganized and revitalized and then launched onto the national market with the new brand name M.N., which is today synonymous of quality, seriousness, reliability and professionalism.

Today the company is present on the national market with a distribution network covering all of Italy.
